What is the best way to ensure your offer is relevant to consumers as well as commercially successful? If you ask me: by co-creating solutions and making decisions based on both consumer as well as business insights. By combining the valuable knowledge and experience of both, you are able to pinpoint truly valuable insights as well as tackle challenges. So… why isn’t every organisation doing this yet?….
